Jessica believes that all bodies are valuable and worthy of movement and care. If you feel left behind by general fitness facilities and trainers, she would love to meet with you and help you reach your goals.

During her 15 years in fitness and movement, Jessica has seen clients of all types of abilities, ages and body types. Jessica aims to find the ‘why’ behind each person’s goals and to help them reach those goals in a way that feels both effective and fun.

Meet with Jessica for a free consultation and assessment. In this session we will discuss your goals and current fitness routine. We will then move through accessible movement to develop a plan for future sessions.

1 on 1 Yoga session tailored to your individual needs. Includes meditation, breathwork, asana (physical poses) and shavasana.

Personal Training

1 on 1 personal training session informed by your assessment and goals. Includes strength, balance, mobility and core strengthening.
